Travel advice
By car:* From Milan take the SS 36 direction Lecco and then direction Sondrio. Exit at Piona and keep left for 500 meters. At the intersection go to the right.* From St. Moritz take the Maloja Pass and follow the road towards Chiavenna and then towards Lecco/Milan. Take the exit Colico. * From Austria (Bregenz), take the road towards Switzerland (E60/ A14/ Switzerland). After about 20 km take the L58, which you should follow for about 40 km. Then take the A13 towards San Bernardino and the Passo dello Spluga. Then you drive in the direction of Chiavenna and than go on to Lecco/Milano. Take the exit Colico. By train:* From Milan central station take the train to Sondrio/ Tirano and get of at Piona or Colico (depending on the train). Station Piona is the best option!* From Swiss: take the train to Milan central station and then take the train to Sondrio or Tirano. Get of at Piona or Colico (Piona is the best option). *The indicated routes are valid only during the summer period. In winter some mountain passses are closed. |
